This code will remove the following Docker-related packages using the APT package manager:

  • docker.io
  • docker-doc
  • docker-compose
  • docker-compose-v2
  • podman-docker
  • containerd
  • runc

Note that this will remove the Docker runtime and related tools from your system. If you need to reinstall Docker, you will need to follow the appropriate installation instructions for your operating system.

Add Docker's official GPG key

sudo apt-get update

sudo chmod a+r /etc/apt/keyrings/docker.asc
  

Add the repository to Apt sources
